An Introduction to Our Classes
Classes We Offer
Flow yoga is well suited to any practitioner who wants to synchronize their breath with movement to achieve a deeper meditative state while doing yoga.
Heated vinyasa flow classes combine the principles of vinyasa flow yoga — a series of poses guided by breath — with a hotter-than-normal room temperature. It won’t feel like a sauna, but it will definitely make you sweat!
This form of yoga links breath with movement and incorporates basic strength training with deep stretching. It is the predecessor dor modern Flow classes and Power Yoga
Iyengar Yoga focuses on performing each asana (posture) with attention to alignment and pranayama (breath control).
Kundalini is stored energy held within the base of the sacrum and works to release that stored energy through asana (poses) and Pranayama (breathwork).
An ancient meditation technique that works by taking you to brainwave states similar to those in sleep, which makes it easier to disengage from thoughts.
Restorative Yoga enables the body to release physical and mental stress in the comfort of supported yoga postures.
Yin Yoga Stretches the deeper parts of our muscles, ligaments, tissues, and fascia.
Chakra Flow is a series of Yoga pose sequences that work to awaken and align the energy centers of the body.
Series of poses and sequences designed with extreme attention to detail to release tension and pain within the lower back and increase mobility
One of the oldest forms of classical Yoga that there is! Traditional Hatha Yoga builds a sequence around 12 different Yoga poses that combine movement with the breath.
