Kids Yoga in Queen Creek: Jr. Yogi Training Camp Summer 2025

If you’re looking for kids yoga in Queen Creek, there’s no better place than ZenLife Center for Healing. This summer, we’re thrilled to offer the Jr. Yogi Training Camp—a playful, enriching experience designed just for kids ages 5–12.

Set in the heart of Queen Creek, Jr. Yogi Training Camp introduces young yogis to the basics of yoga through fun, age-appropriate games, mindful movement, and creative expression. From exploring the power of breath to moving through gentle postures, each session is crafted to build confidence, emotional awareness, and physical wellness in a joyful way.

A Supportive, Playful Experience for Young Yogis

Led by experienced instructors, the camp creates a safe and welcoming space where children can explore yoga concepts like body awareness, self-regulation, and energy (Qi)—all while making friends and having fun. Using musical instruments, partner poses, and imagination-based flows, kids are encouraged to tune into their own inner calm and strength.

Whether your child is new to yoga or already loves it, this camp meets them where they are and helps them grow.

Kids Yoga in Queen Creek Program Details

Drop-off is at 12:45 PM, and pickup is at 2:30 PM. Children should arrive having eaten lunch and come dressed in comfortable exercise clothes. Please send them with a labeled water bottle and towel.

Each child receives their own yoga mat as part of the program—and they get to keep it at the end!

Please note: Days differ depending on age group, and we’re unable to offer makeups for missed sessions.
