Your hips are central to how you move, how you sit, how you stand—and how you feel in your body. In this workshop with Carlyn, we’ll take a deeper look at the hips through the lens of strength, stability, and functional movement.

You’ll learn how the hip joint works, why it matters, and what you can do to support healthy, pain-free mobility over time. We’ll move step by step through a targeted sequence designed to improve range of motion, activate key stabilizing muscles, and release common areas of tightness.

Whether you’re looking to prevent injury, ease discomfort, or better understand how your hips impact your practice (and your daily life), this workshop offers practical tools you can take with you.

In this workshop, you’ll:
• Learn the anatomy and mechanics of the hip joint
• Build strength and mobility with a focused, accessible sequence
• Explore modifications and techniques to support your unique body
• Leave with a clear understanding of what to practice—and why

All levels are welcome.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and any props you like to use (blocks, strap, etc.).
