Kundalini Couples Workshop

This special 2-hour workshop is an invitation to slow down and tend to your relationship through presence, breath, and intentional movement.
Rooted in Venus-centered Kundalini practices, this experience blends partner yoga, meditation, gentle acupressure, and guided reflection to help you and your partner reconnect emotionally and energetically—both on and off the mat.
Through shared practice, you’ll explore new ways to:
• Deepen communication and trust
• Build emotional and energetic intimacy
• Release tension and reconnect with ease
Open to all romantic partners, no matter your level of yoga experience or how long you’ve been together. Whether you’re newly connected or looking to reignite the spark after years together, this workshop offers a supportive space to realign.
