All Levels Workshop with Carlyn Sikes, CIYT, C-IAYT

This all-levels workshop introduces safe, weight-bearing yoga practices to help strengthen bones, improve balance, and reduce risk of osteoporosis. Optional ankle weights (½–1 lb) can enhance the practice but are not required.
Carlyn Sikes is a Level 2 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist with over 25 years of experience. She has taught students of all levels and backgrounds, specializing in accessible, therapeutic yoga.
