Discover the strength, coordination, and playfulness of arm balancing poses in this comprehensive workshop. Whether you’re new to arm balances or looking to advance your practice, you’ll learn progressive techniques and preparatory poses to build a strong foundation. We’ll explore fundamental poses including handstand, lolasana, and bhakasana in a supportive environment.
Prerequisites: No major shoulder or wrist injuries. Some yoga experience recommended.
