My yoga practice began when I walked into a class at the local community college 22 years ago. From that day on, I realized that the best journey you can take for yourself is the one that you take inward. Wanting to share this with others, I decided to start my YTT training in 2013. Teaching has become my passion now for the past 10 years.
Part of my zen practice also includes one of my other hobbies (Buddha Rubs) to help people find ease and well being – using plants, herbs and “rubs” to help make your soul shine. This has helped in my yoga practice and allows me to keep on the path of mastering my positive energy bank and finding more space to absorb a more positive vibration.
What I offer in my classes at ZenLife is the practice of opening up the energy ecosystem in our bodies, the clearing of negative energy and allowing for a larger bank balance of positive energies. Striving always for a higher vibration of inner purity and peace within. In my classes we flow in and out of poses using our breathe while managing our personal charge, and all through good music!!!
It is my belief that vibration and movement of energy is vital to our everyday life and I would love to share that with you.
