My yoga journey began in 2013 when I started at a local hot yoga studio to stay fit. Yoga quickly became an important part of my life because of the benefits of strength, flexibility, balance and mental stillness.
Fast forward to 2017 when I expanded my practice to Astanga. In 2019, I completed my first 200 hr YTT and my yoga world expanded to breath, history and theory. I completed another 200hrs in 2023 and love expanding my knowledge and my practice.
Yoga is more than just postures and I am so grateful to be able to share my experience with others.
