When you think back on your life, what memories rise to the top?
For me, I can still feel the freedom of riding my bike as a child, wind on my face, no destination other than joy. Maybe for you it was a trip, a laugh, a moment where the weight lifted and you felt completely free.
These are the kinds of experiences that connect us to elevated emotions and intuition—the feelings that remind us of who we are and help us trust the guidance within.
This is where our meditation began: by inviting in memories of freedom, good choices, satisfaction, and those uncanny times when we just knew something—and it turned out to be right.

Why start this way? Because everything begins with an elevated emotion.
Our intuition doesn’t flourish in fear, stress, or doubt. It flourishes when we are lifted. When we recall times we trusted ourselves, when we felt joy, when we knew something deep inside and it proved to be true.
That’s why I guided everyone through those memories—to reawaken that feeling in the body, to reconnect to the vibrational frequency of inner knowing.
The opposite is what I call “the stink-and-thinkin’ brain.” That voice that loops on fear, on what-ifs, on weeds in the garden. If that’s what we water, that’s what will grow. But when we feed joy, gratitude, trust? Our intuition comes alive.
When you’re tuned in, life starts to line up. The right people show up at the right time. Doors open that you didn’t even know were there.
I’ll give you an example. Years ago, after selling my home and moving to Queen Creek, I thought, they already have everything I do here. There’s a yoga studio, a reiki place… where do I fit?
My husband and I walked into ZenLife one day, and he said, “They should give this place to you.” At the time I laughed it off. But within a few weeks, through a series of unexpected turns, I owned this space.
Looking back, I realize I did know. I knew I was meant to step into this work again. I just needed to clear the doubts and trust the feeling.
This is what I want you to practice: work on your vibrational frequency.
Remember times when you were right in a positive way. The phone call you knew was coming. The job you felt was yours. Even the small moments—choosing the dish you loved on a menu, or finishing a project that left you deeply satisfied.
These moments are not random. They are proof that you can trust yourself. And the more you practice remembering, the easier it becomes to follow your intuition in the present moment.
Because everything starts with an elevated emotion. And you already know what that feels like.
