Still Point: A Summer Solstice Meditation Journey
June 21 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

A 3-hour immersive workshop for all — beginners welcome, seasoned meditators celebrated
On the longest day of the year, the sun pauses at its peak — and so do we. Join Melissa for a deeply personal, fully guided 3-hour meditation experience honoring the energy of the Summer Solstice.
Whether you’ve never sat in silence for more than five minutes or you’ve practiced for decades, this workshop will meet you exactly where you are. Together we’ll move through a range of transformative practices — opening the breath, awakening the body, sitting in stillness, and turning compassion outward through the ancient Tibetan practice of Tonglen. Each practice builds on the last, guiding you into a deeper relationship with your own inner life.
We’ll close with personal reflection — time and space to integrate what arose, to write, to sit, and to simply be. Come as you are. Leave knowing yourself more deeply.
A beautiful Father’s Day gift. June 21st is also Father’s Day — consider giving the men in your life something truly meaningful: three hours of stillness, presence, and renewal. All are warmly welcome.
