Coping Skills for the Holidays with Terry & Donna Murphy and Chris & Melissa Butler
November 5 @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Move through the holiday season with more ease. Join Terry & Donna Murphy, along with ZenLife’s own Chris & Melissa Seil-Butler, for an evening of simple, practical coping tools.
The holidays can bring so much good, along with responsibilities, expectations, family dynamics, packed calendars, and pressure to make everything feel just right. For many of us, this is the time of year when our usual ways of coping get stretched thin.
Together we’ll practice simple techniques you can use in the moment, whether you’re at the dinner table, in a busy store, or awake late at night when your mind won’t settle, to calm your nervous system and come back to yourself.
In this class, you’ll:
- Learn practices for releasing stress as it builds, before it spills over
- Explore ways to set healthy limits around holiday obligations
- Discover gentle ways to care for your nervous system through the season
- Leave with tools you can return to all the way into the new year
Who it’s for
Everyone, and especially anyone who finds the holidays hard, whether that’s stress, grief, loneliness, family tension, or simply feeling stretched too thin. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
