Building Blocks for Headstand (Part 1)

Sirsasana, also known as the headstand, is often called the king of yoga poses because it offers many health benefits. Practicing this pose can improve heart health, breathing, and even help with sleep.
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to do a headstand or improve their current practice.
The workshop is split into two sessions. Part 1, on September 21, will focus on building the strength and confidence needed to safely balance on your head. Part 2, on September 28, will give students time to practice what they’ve learned, ask questions, and learn how to include headstands in their regular yoga routine.
