Sat Krya Workshop

Join Amanda Cho for a special Kundalini Yoga workshop centered around Sat Kriya, one of the most powerful and foundational meditations in the Kundalini tradition.
Known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga combines breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to awaken energy, strengthen the nervous system, and expand consciousness. In this class, you’ll be guided through a short preparatory practice followed by a 31-minute Sat Kriya meditation and an extended deep relaxation to integrate the effects.
Practicing in a group setting amplifies the experience, creating a shared field of focus that can deepen meditation and leave you feeling grounded, clear, and energized.
