Join ZenLife Center for Healing for a morning of fresh air, gentle movement, and good company as we explore the Monument Canyon & Broadway Cave trail. This 3.5-mile out-and-back path winds through the desert and ends with a short incline to the cave—a beautiful payoff and a chance to pause and take it all in.

We’ll meet at the trailhead at 7:00 AM. Parking is limited (only 10 spots), so carpooling is highly encouraged.
A group will gather at the studio at 6:20 AM to ride together.

Bring water, layers, and a sense of adventure.
