Amrit Dharma

My name is Amrit Dharma Kaur, and teaching Kundalini yoga is one of the greatest honors in my life.

The name Amrit means "divine nectar," a symbol of the eternal divine nectar and nourishing sweetness of the soul, while Dharma represents the fearless path of righteousness. Together, they remind me of the sacredness and courage required to walk this spiritual path.

I am dedicated to living and teaching in alignment with universal truths. Kundalini yoga has brought me immense healing and transformation in my own journey, and I’m deeply grateful to share this powerful practice with others. My teaching style is rooted in love and nurturing awareness, as I aim to create a safe space where each person can explore their own healing and growth. It’s a privilege to guide others as they connect with their inner strength and light.
