DESCRIPTION:What is intuitive painting?  \n\n\n\nIt’s a mindfulness practice.  \n\n\n\nIt’s time you spend with yourself in an open\, accepting way.  \n\n\n\nIt’s a way to get out of your mind’s way and through the process\, take the energy from inside of you and express it symbolically in the form of abstract shapes and marks.  \n\n\n\nAfter a brief warm-up of the body and breath\, we use acrylic paints and fun tools to create contrast\, interest and movement. No art experience necessary. I’ll guide you with the tools\, colors and more. What you paint is totally up to you- no preplanned result to stress out over.  \n\n\n\nCome have a little fun and let loose!
