Having evolved from language instruction to intuitive and meditative abstract art\, she guides participants through expressive practices including art journaling\, intuitive painting\, and worship art. \n\n\n\nHer multi-dimensional approach incorporates breathwork\, meditation\, qigong\, music\, and journaling to create textured\, layered artwork with remarkable depth.
