From the top\, you’ll get wide views — Red Mountain on one side and the East Valley stretching out on the other. After that\, we’ll make our way downhill and follow the wash back toward the trailhead. \n\n\n\nExpect a moderate incline at the start and uneven desert terrain throughout. DESCRIPTION:Join us for monthly classes designed to help you step out of the reactive patterns of daily life and into a space of deeper connection\, presence\, and possibility. Through the practice of the circling technique\, we’ll explore principles of communication\, self-awareness\, and authentic relationship-building in a supportive and interactive environment. \n\n\n\nEach session focuses on real-time experiences\, offering tools to navigate relationships with clarity\, curiosity\, and compassion. Together\, we’ll practice staying grounded in the “Middle Road”—a space where we can embrace balance\, authenticity\, and growth in our communication with ourselves and others. \n\n\n\nThese classes are open to participants aged 16 and up\, from all walks of life. Whether you’re new to this practice or have prior experience\, you’ll gain meaningful insights and practical skills to apply in everyday life. \n\n\n\nSuggested donation: $20 per participant (optional).
