It’s a conscious release of the ego’s need to control. \n\n\n\nIn this class\, we’ll explore what it means to let go — not in theory\, but in our bodies\, our breath\, and our creativity. We’ll begin with a few gentle Qi Gong movements to help release the energy of control. We’ll journal about how this spiritual law shows up in our lives. And of course\, we’ll create intuitive watercolor art — letting the paint teach us what it means to flow. \n\n\n\nYou don’t need to be an artist. You just need to be curious. \n\n\n\nCome as you are. Surrender what you can. Leave with something true. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Artist\n\n\n\nMaria brings 29 years of teaching experience and 8 years as a practicing artist to her workshops. Having evolved from language instruction to intuitive and meditative abstract art\, she guides participants through expressive practices including art journaling\, intuitive painting\, and worship art. \n\n\n\nHer multi-dimensional approach incorporates breathwork\, meditation\, qigong\, music\, and journaling to create textured\, layered artwork with remarkable depth.
