The focus is on the process of self-discovery\, not technical skill or creating “perfect” art. \n\n\n\nThis nurturing experience includes time for personal reflection through journaling and optional community sharing. The perfect blend of self-care and connection! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Artist\n\n\n\nMaria brings 29 years of teaching experience and 8 years as a practicing artist to her workshops. Having evolved from language instruction to intuitive and meditative abstract art\, she guides participants through expressive practices including art journaling\, intuitive painting\, and worship art. \n\n\n\nHer multi-dimensional approach incorporates breathwork\, meditation\, qigong\, music\, and journaling to create textured\, layered artwork with remarkable depth.
