DESCRIPTION:In this two day workshop we will be going over all of the basic techniques for self hypnosis starting with the first day showing how to perform hypnosis on oneself and followed by receiving in depth feedback and help on day two from professional hypnotists to ensure that you feel confident in being able to hypnotism yourself.  \n\n\n\nAs an extra bonus we will be offering an introduction to using spaced repetition techniques to memorize large amounts of information over time.
