Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to truly work with your own subconscious mind?
In this immersive two-day workshop, you’ll learn the foundational techniques of self-hypnosis in a clear, supportive, and practical way. This experience is designed for beginners who are curious about hypnosis and ready to explore how focused awareness can support personal growth, confidence, and lasting change.
On Day One, you’ll learn how to safely and effectively guide yourself into a hypnotic state. On Day Two, you’ll receive personalized feedback and guidance from professional hypnotists to help you refine your practice and feel confident using these tools on your own.
You’ll also be introduced to spaced repetition techniques that can help improve memory retention and support long-term learning.
By the end of the weekend, you’ll walk away with:
• A clear understanding of what hypnosis is (and what it isn’t)
• Practical tools to practice self-hypnosis confidently
• Techniques to support focus, mindset shifts, and goal achievement
• Printed materials and resources to continue your practice
